REDHAT 7.3 хотя бы подскажите где найти скрипт или хелп по NAT для ассинхронного вида трафика.

Так проблема в чем? Насколько помню, для iptables нет разницы. Что не так?

a vot ya ne znayu ... eto pitayus viyasnit , vsyo rabotaet kogda ispolzuyu tolko nazemnie linii , i nechego ne rabotaet kogda "down" trafik perevoju na sputnik .... ipchains toje proboval ... toje samoe.
v manax nechego pro eto ne nashol :(((

Конфиги в студию.
Если самому разбираться -
1) берем снифер, смотрим, что происходит;
2) последними строками в правилах добавляем
iptables -i $ext_int -p tcp -j LOG --log-prefix TCP_IN_
iptables -o $ext_int -p tcp -j LOG --log-prefix TCP_OUT
и т.д., потом читаем логи, куда что не проходит;
3) много думаем :-)

source IP na paketax menyaetsya (SNAT rabotaet normalno). poketi narmalno idut do sputnikogo provaydera , i vozvrashayutsya , kak polojeno destinatio IP 212.xxx.xxx.xxx , na etom interface oni est , a vot ottuda na local interface bolshe ne idut

Правильно. Ядро ждет обратные пакеты от source 'nazemniy provayder', а получает от 'Sputnikoviy provayder' - и не признаЕт за established. Скрипт тут не поможет :(

Кто дает?
Вот программка есть - http://iptstate.phildev.net/index.html, она мониторит состояние соединений. Можно помониторить /proc/net/ip_conntrack - состояние соединений. Есть программка для этого: http://iptstate.phildev.net/ (то же самое делает). Посмотри, что происходит.
