Имеем два L3 коммутатора cisco3550 и edge-core-4626-sfp. Оба связаны маежду собой по iBGP.
Необходимо принять по eBGP на cisco3550 маршруты от местного городского IX и отдать их по iBGP на edge-core. Edge-core маршрутизирует пользователей локалки + на него построены eBGP сессии с пиринг-партнерами.В итоге edge-core без проблем реанонсит по iBGP на циску все маршруты полученные по eBGP, а циска делать тоже самое с маршрутами полученными по eBGP из городского-IX отказывается.

Снова таки, циска почему-то анонсит по iBGP только маршруты "connected".
Вот данные c cisco3550 по анонсам префиксов eBGP сессии с городским IX. Тут все ок.
